This diet plan has all high lectin foods, including: nightshade vegetables, grains, legumes, and squash removed from it. As these foods have been associated with high amounts of inflammation (leading to pain) in the body.

Staple foods on this meal plan include: wild fish, cruciferous vegetables, and leafy greens. Fruit has been excluded but can be added as needed.
